RC Fan Safety Net Cover product information — nameplate size check, arm fit, both-sides protection, finger-safe mesh, PVC border, and wide Velcro

Confirm size or sweep from the nameplate

Check the manufacturer plate on the motor (e.g. Almonard, Havells, CG). Match the printed sweep size — 16″, 18″, 20″, 24″, 30″ or 36″ — before ordering.

Perfect cut match at arm position

Each cover is cut to clear the fan support arm so the mesh sits flush without bunching or gaps around the yoke.

100% safe from both sides

Precise finishing protects fingers from the front and rear of the grille — built for high-speed industrial pedestal and wall fans.

Mesh that blocks finger access

12 mm hexagonal virgin HDPE mesh is sized so fingertips cannot pass through, while airflow stays unobstructed.

Strong PVC border + double stitching

Reinforced edge binding keeps the cover shape stable through daily factory use, cleaning, and re-fits.

Wide Velcro closure

Industrial-width Velcro locks the cover in place — tool-free install and quick removal for maintenance windows.

Step 1 / 7

01

Power Off & Isolate The Fan

Switch the fan off at the isolator or plug. Never fit or adjust a cover on a running fan.

Step 2 / 7

02

The Velcro Opens On All Three Sides

Open the wide Velcro on all three sides so the cover is ready to slide over the fan grill cleanly.

Step 3 / 7

03

Place The Cover Over The Fan Grill

Place the cover over the fan grill from front to back. Pull it evenly on all three sides so it doesn't get stuck.

Step 4 / 7

04

Align Each Cut With The Fan Arm

Make sure each cut section lines up with a green arm on the fan so the mesh stays centred and secure.

Step 5 / 7

05

Check The Fan Back Side

Please verify the fan back side at the specified area for any obstructions before you close the cover.

Step 6 / 7

06

Close The Velcro One By One

Close the Velcro properly, one by one, so the cover cannot slip during vibration or daily operation.

Step 7 / 7

07

Your Workplace Is Now Safe For Working

With the cover fitted correctly, the fan grill is finger-safe and ready for normal workplace use.
